SHIPPING
We are currently offering shipping only in India.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us within a day. We will ship within ten working days of the date of the order. In case of any delays in the order, we will notify you via email. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipment details and tracking information. All orders are shipped from our design studio in Bangalore.
- We offer free shipping for all orders within India.
- Orders will be shipped to the address mentioned in the checkout. Kindly ensure the correct address including pin code and a mobile number is provided for a hassle free delivery.
- We will not be able to deliver if a wrong address or an incorrect phone number is mentioned.
RETURNS
At Uvaacha, our focus remains on thoughtful design and quality. Each and every product at Uvaacha is made with utmost care.
Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or modified or returned.
REFUNDS
As most of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds. We offer refunds only in case of a fulfilment error or if an order is shipped wrongly. The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within ten days of the request.
EXCHANGE
In case of size exchange, please send an email to hello@uvaachastudio.com within 2 days of delivery. Once we receive an email, we will send you a confirmation email to initiate exchange. Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice and the tag. We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice.
- Exchange is applicable only for size related issues. If a certain size is not available, we will offer you a store credit eligible for one year.

- The product will be eligible for exchange only if the product is returned in a perfect condition with no damage or stains whatsoever.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging along with the tag in place.
- The product will not be exchanged if it has been worn, washed or damaged in any way.
- Unevenness in texture of the fabric or slight variations in the colour cannot be considered as the reason for exchange of the product.
- Customized orders are not eligible for returns of exchange.
